Rush & After-Hours Policy
At Signed MKB Notarial Services, I understand that urgent and unexpected Notarial needs can arise outside of standard business hours. To ensure I can provide reliable, convenient, and professional service at all times. I have established the following Rush & After-Hours Policy.
Service Hours
Standard Business Hours

Monday - Friday: 9AM to 7PM (By appointment only)

Saturday: 10AM - 4PM (By appointment only)

Sunday & Holidays: (By appointment only)
Mobile only, no in-office services
After-Hours Service

After-hours appointments are defined as any service request outside of the hours listed as Standard Business Hours, including evenings, late nights, early mornings, Sundays, and Holidays.

An after-hours fee of $50.00 will be added to the standard service rate. This fee reflects the added time, availability, and convenience provided to accommodate your schedule.
Rush Service

Rush appointments are defined as any service request that requires same-day completion within 2 hours of the initial inquiry/booking.

A rush fee of $40.00 will be applied in addition to the standard service rate. This ensures priority scheduling and expedited service.

I value your time and strive to provide dependable, high-quality service--even on short notice or outside of normal business hours. This policy ensures fairness, transparency, and availability for all clients.
Combined Fees

If the request is both after-hours and rush, a combined bee of $75.00 will apply (a bundled rate versus charging both separately).
Payment & Confirmation

All after-hours and rush services require advance payment or deposit at the time of booking.

Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Cancellations

If you need to cancel a rush or after-hours appointment, please notify me as soon as possible.

Cancellations made less than 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the service fee.
